There is exciting news for cricket lovers, as SG Group has launched the Pro T20 League, featuring some of the legendary cricketers. Known for its world-class beaches, Goa is now ready to host some thrilling and entertaining cricket matches.
The Legends Pro T20 League is officially set to kickstart on January 26, 2026, and is shaping up to be one of the most thrilling and exciting competitions ever. With six franchises, a number of international star players, and a superior spectator experience, the Legends Pro T20 League aims to transform cricket entertainment in India to another level.
The league will run from January 26 to February 4, 2026. The tournament will feature 18 matches, and all the matches will be played at the 1919 Sportz Cricket Stadium, Verna, in Goa.
A total of over 90 legendary players will feature in the upcoming T20 tournament, including former Indian cricketers like Shikhar Dhawan and Harbhajan Singh as marquee players. Apart from these Indian stars, fans will also get to watch the global stars, such as renowned cricket players like former Australian all-rounder Shane Watson and South African fast bowler Dale Steyn.
Australia’s former World Cup-winning captain, Michael Clarke, is the commissioner of this exciting league. He said about his new role,
